Chrissy Teigen has already proven that she's the most awkward, amazing, relatable human being on this planet. But if you needed more convincing on the matter, her latest stint as the co-host of NBC's New Year's Eve coverage ought to do it.

While welcoming the very first seconds of 2019 alongside Carson Daly, and Leslie Jones literally right after the ball dropped in Times Square, Teigen went to hug fellow co-host Jones and accidentally rammed her face right into her umbrella. It was...awkward? Majestic? My entire life's hopes and dreams coming to fruition? I don't quite have the words to describe the moment, but here it is.

Oh, Chrissy. She quickly tweeted some hilarious comments about the incident:

'EYE’M FINE BABY I hug too hard what can I say,' Teigen replied to Jones after she tweeted an apology for blocking Teigen with her umbrella.

Obviously the internet has taken this moment and ran with it full speed.

It's safe to say we officially have our first viral moment of 2019.
