Snapshots show the superstar walking down an aisle of the department store in LA, rocking a silky orange jumpsuit, silver shoes, and cat eye sunglasses. (It's a bit of a jump from the usual leggings and old sweats we've frequented at Target.)
While fans fawned over the photos online, your favourite tweeter, Chrissy Teigen, joined in on the fun. 'Beyonce you are so silly, I can just send you my new knives!!' she joked, pretending she knew what the singer was shopping for.
Teigen is a known Beyoncé fan, by the way. She bowed to the singer when she met her at the 2018 Grammys, and even gushed to Ellen DeGeneres about her two-year-old daughter, Luna, saying 'Beyoncé' for the first time.
According to the photos taken at a wider angle, it appears Bey was in the diaper aisle at Target. Was she perhaps stopping by to get some supplies for her one-year-old twins, Rumi and Sir? Or was she getting some last-minute party goods for her daughter Blue Ivy, who celebrated her seventh birthday yesterday?
Beyoncé has previously been spotted shopping at Target, surprising fans in the store and online. In December 2017, she was reportedly seen in the San Clemente, Orange County branch, accompanied by Blue Ivy and her mother, Tina Knowles Lawson. The trio was seen at the department store again in March last year, reportedly at the LA location. This time, an employee (who was also a fan) snapped a pic of the superstar.
