On Instagram, Jennifer Lopez has been documenting her and Alexander Rodriguez's 10-day, no sugar, no carbs challenge. Yesterday, as her challenge neared its end, J.Lo posted a photo of the almost-final results: a shot of herself in a bra, leggings, and beanie with her abs prominently on display. "Day 9 and feelin’... like I can’t wait for Day 10. 😅Who’s still with us? @arod," she wrote, with Rodriguez, her boyfriend, tagged.

The challenge—and how amazing Lopez looks—has caught the attention of many, including Diddy, her ex from more than a decade ago. "OMG" he commented on the photo with a heart-eye emoji, speaking for all of us.

This isn't the first time that Diddy has made his support for Lopez known. Back in 2014, Diddy praised Lopez in an interview with Access Hollywood following the release of her "Booty" music video. He didn't shy away from saying what he thought about her dedication to her fitness: Lopez's booty "is great," he said. "It's a work of art. It's something that will go down in history. No disrespect, Kanye and Kim, but that thing right there is something special."

One day later, Lopez acknowledged his comments and talked about their current relationship during an E! interview. "Here's the thing about me and Puff, and I'll always call him Puff, we always root for each other, we support each other," she said. "We try to do things that uplift, we try to do things through our art and our music, which is our love and our acting and everything that inspires people. And to see him do all that he's done, to me, you know, makes me proud."

She also set the record straight: there's nothing romantic there these days, just deep friendship. "We shared a moment in our lives and that never goes away, you know," Lopez said. "There's nothing but love and respect and always somebody over here cheering for you."
