After a series of wedding ceremonies and a honeymoon with her husband, Nick Jonas, Priyanka Chopra is ready to get back to work.

During her Tuesday appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Chopra announced that she'll be starring in her fourth feature film playing the role of Ma Anand Sheela, the Indian-born American-Swiss former spokesperson of the radical Osho cult movement. Chopra will produce the film alongside Oscar-winning director Barry Levinson (Disclosure, Man of the Year, Unfaithfully Yours).

"I am developing a feature with Barry Levinson. He is an iconic American director. We are developing it as the character of Sheela who is this guru who originated from India," she told DeGeneres. "She was his right-hand woman and she was devious. She created a whole cult in America. He was called Osho. I am developing that next for me to star in and produce."

The film is an adaptation of Wild Wild Country, a Netflix documentary that explores Sheela's life. The documentary also takes a look into Rajneeshpuram, the community designed around Osho, which Ma Anand Sheela spearheaded in Oregon. Sheela got into altercations with the town locals and planned a mass poisoning. She was also accused of arson, wiretapping, and attempted murder by Osho himself, and was forced to flee from the community. Sheela now lives in Switzerland.

Before filming is slated to begin, Chopra will appear in Isn't It Romantic alongside Rebel Wilson. Watch Chopra's full interview with DeGenres, below.
