Kendall and Kylie Jenner may be the two Kardashian-Jenners closest to Caitlyn Jenner in recent years, but Caitlyn's two daughters with Kris Jenner have created a bit of drama for Caitlyn's skincare line endeavors—and so has Kris herself.

The Blast reports that the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office sent Caitlyn a letter essentially prohibiting her from using 'Jenner Skincare' and 'Skincare By Jenner' as her line's name because it's too similar to trademarks registered by Kylie, Kendall, and Kris.

According to The Blast, which obtained a copy of the letter Caitlyn received, officials at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office believe that Caitlyn using the name Jenner Skincare would make people believe that the other famous Jenners were affiliated with the product—especially Kylie, who has a registration for Kylie Cosmetics by Kylie Jenner. Kris Jenner's registered trademarks also create an issue: although Kris got the last name Jenner from her marriage to Caitlyn, Kris filed her registrations first.

Caitlyn can use 'Caitlyn Jenner Skincare' and 'Skincare By Caitlyn Jenner' though, according to The Blast, so the line can go on with a little Jenner in the name.

As for Kylie's own skincare line, Trademark Ninja reported back in October that Kylie filed to register trademarks for Kylie Skin by Kylie Jenner and Kylie Skin. She's looking to sell moisturizers, creams, lotions, cleansers, toners, masks, and scrubs among other products, according to her application.

But there's been a bit of drama with that too: The Blast reported earlier this month that the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office want her to change the name and have an issue with Jenner’s exclusive of the word “skin” in it. She has a grace period to fix it and refile the paperwork.
