North West, Kim Kardashian's 5-year-old daughter, just hit a milestone not even all celebrities do: She is on her first solo magazine cover. No Kim Kardashian with her, like she was on Interview's cover in 2017. No dad Kanye West or little brother Saint West there to steal her thunder, like they did on their joint Harper's Bazaar September cover. It's purely North on the cover of Beauty Inc. acting as the ambassador of her entire generation, named Alpha.
Generation Alpha is the successor to Gen Z, and Beauty Inc's cover story is about their spending power in the beauty industry (or potential spending power, anyway, because they are mostly toddlers right now). While North's status as an influencer who doesn't even have her own personal social media is cited, there's no interview with her this time. But there's a full editorial of her in bright makeup. She looks great in cute neon outfits holding parasols, making peace signs, and smiling amid bubbles behind her. You can see all the photos on Women's Wear Daily.
Kim also shared some other shots on her own Instagram and revealed she styled the shoot. 'My most stylish and beautiful baby girl North shot her 1st cover for @wwd !!!!"'she captioned the gallery. North is already a pretty accomplished model. She's done Beauty Inc., Interview, and Harper's Bazaar's covers. She has also done her first big fashion campaign for Fendi. Her mom Kim Kardashian and grandmother Kris Jenner joined her for that one, so it was another family affair.
North has also done some runway work. She walked her very first fashion show in September for L.O.L. Surprise, a children's toy brand. She wore a 'Thrilla' outfit inspired by Michael Jackson. Look at her work it:
