Justin Bieber has realised that as committed to Hailey Baldwin as he is (and she him), maybe getting married in a courthouse without signing a prenup wasn’t the best idea. Us Weekly reports that Baldwin remains supportive of Bieber as he continues to get treatment for his depression. 'Hailey is not going to leave Justin and he won’t leave her either,' a source said of the two. “She’s been so supportive of him throughout this process.'

That said, Bieber has talked to Baldwin about his own fear of not having any legal protection financially if the marriage doesn’t work out. (Bieber is reported to be worth $265 (£200) million while Baldwin is worth $3(£2.26) million.) He 'brought up that he’s scared he doesn’t have a prenup,' the source said. "[They have] some issues, but are committed to working through them.' Bieber and Baldwin, of course, can still work their lawyers and sign a post-nuptial agreement that would work the same way as a prenup would.

Right after the couple's courthouse wedding, The Sun suggested that Bieber’s team was working on one. 'They didn’t tell anyone on their teams what was going on and his people have been frantically trying to get his business affairs and finances in order,' a source told the outlet.

Bieber and Baldwin were candid in their Vogue interview about how 'hard' marriage had been and how they are working out their issues in couple’s therapy. One struggle point is how to communicate without clashing since they have very different personalities (Bieber is very expressive emotionally while Baldwin is more reserved). One of the exercises Vogue detailed was practicing arguing without being unkind. That's where Bieber made it clear they were determined to stay together.

'Fighting is good,' Bieber told Vogue. 'Doesn’t the Bible talk about righteous anger? We don’t want to lose each other. We don’t want to say the wrong thing, and so we’ve been struggling with not expressing our emotions, which has been driving me absolutely crazy because I just need to express myself, and it’s been really difficult to get her to say what she feels.'

'You’ll get it out of me the next morning,' Baldwin responded.
