This article contains spoilers for the first season of Killing Eve.

The Killing Eve season two trailer has landed and fashion's favourite villain is sure to grace our Instagram feed once more.

Ever since Jodie Comer - who plays Villanelle in the hit series - stomped onto the small screen in Balenciaga boots and frothy Molly Goddard tulle, she's continued to steer our shopping habits.

And if the newly-released clip is anything to go by, it seems we're not the only ones lusting over her to-die-for wardrobe.

In the trailer, a camera-bearing blogger asks to take Villanelle's photograph, as she sits by the river decked in gram-worthy millennial pink.

But the assassin hasn't changed one bit, as she claps back: 'No! No, of course not.'

Before yelling after her: 'Get a real life!'

In fact, the trailer teases an even darker - albeit comedic - plot with Villanelle still captivated by M15 agent Eve Polastri (played by Sandra Oh).

The hotly-anticipated trailer for Killing Eve season two has landed

'It’s so much darker for Eve’s character,' the Canadian actress recently told Extra. 'It just goes really, really dark, and the pressure is intense. The line just keeps on moving, and Eve just steps over that line.'

If that isn't enough to justify cancelling any upcoming plans for a marathon television binge, the president of AMC Entertainment Networks, Sarah Barnett, teased: "Killing Eve is picking up exactly 36 heart-thumping seconds after the events of the season finale."

'This new season is packed with superlative performances and is as twisty, subversive, darkly funny, nerve-wracking and pleasurable as our fans could desire.'

Mastermind behind season one, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, has assumed the role of executive producer on the forthcoming series. While Call The Midwife's Emerald Fennell has taken over the writing for season two.

The cat and mouse thriller will return to BBC America on April 7 while a release date for BBC One has yet to be confirmed.
