ATTN, Riverdale and To All the Boys I've Loved Before stans: It’s time to unite for this joyous occasion. Camila Mendes and Noah Centineo’s new movie, The Perfect Date, will be released in just a few short weeks, and Netflix *finally* gave us the sneak peek we deserve.

The streaming service dropped the first official trailer today, and it looks like it’s going to be everybody’s newest obsession. Let me give you a brief summary just in case you’re reading this like, 'wait, what the heck is this movie about?!'

Noah plays Brooks Rattigan, an ambitious high school student who is trying to save money for college. So, when he makes a deal to take Celia Lieberman (Laura Marano) to a school dance in exchange for cash, he gets a brilliant idea: Why not be a stand-in boyfriend? It might also be his best shot to woo his dream girl, the wealthy and beautiful Shelby Pace (Camila).

With the help of his tech-savvy friend, Murph (Odiseas Georgiadis), Brooks creates an app where people can essentially rent him for a day and have him be whatever kind of boyfriend they desire. All the while, he’s still trying to win over Shelby. But it appears Celia might have real feelings for Brooks, and he might feel the same way.

It sounds v dramatic and v cute, and I personally cannot WAIT to cancel my Friday night plans, stay in, and watch it. It isn’t getting released until April 12, but check out the trailer in the meantime:
