That summer Martha's Vineyard wedding that tabloids teased Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger were planning earlier this year is no longer happening...at least in summer 2019, anyway. E! got an update on the couple's wedding planning, and it's slow-moving. A date is most definitely not set.

'Katherine is taking her time with planning the wedding,' a source told the outlet. 'Katherine and Chris have talked about a winter wedding; they are just really busy to plan anything sooner than that but plans are still fluid.'

The two are set on having a 'big bash' though and having Pratt's son with his ex-wife Anna Faris, 6-year-old Jack Pratt, involved in the ceremony in some capacity. The couple is also getting plenty of family help planning everything.

'Both families are enjoying getting to know each other more too and helping planning details for the big day,' E!'s source said.

Pratt told Us Weekly last month he envisioned having a fall or winter wedding. 'A little, you know, maybe fall, winter kind of thing and you know, we’ve got a lot to get done,' he said. E!'s new report made it clear that fall doesn't really seem to be a possibility anymore.

Pratt and Schwarzenegger started dating in April 2018, so nearly a year ago. They got engaged in January 2019, months after friends speculated that Pratt was planning to pop the question to Schwarzenegger.

'Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes! I’m thrilled to be marrying you. Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go! 💍🙏♥️' Pratt wrote in his announcement post.

Pratt and Schwarzenegger reportedly understand that things moved pretty fast between them. But a source told Us Weekly then that 'they both know it’s right and that they are so happy together.'
