Rami Malek and Lucy Boynton had a very public and chic date night at Cartier's Clash de Cartier party in Paris last night. The two posed on the red carpet together, showing off the stylish ensembles they chose to wear for the jewellery brand's big night. Fashion has always been Malek and Boynton's thing, after all. Yesterday, Malek let Boynton take the spotlight in a tulle, tiered gown in purples and pinks with metallic heeled sandals. She wore her hair up and had Twiggy-esque makeup.
Malek, meanwhile, wore all black with a silver brooch. The brooch matched his girlfriend's silver Roger Vivier clutch, so there was some nice couple coordination happening.
It's been a year since reports first emerged that Boynton and Malek were dating. The Bohemian Rhapsody co-stars met while filming the project, Us Weekly's source said at the time. 'He is so into her. He goes and visits her in London all the time,' the source said then.
The two progressively made more and more red carpet appearances together during the next 12 months. They were each other's dates all through award season. And at the Oscars, Malek and Boynton had their biggest public moment yet: They kissed on camera when Malek was announced the winner of the Best Actor award. He then gave her a shoutout in his acceptance speech. 'Lucy Boynton, you're the heart of this film,' he said. 'You are beyond immensely talented. You have capture my heart. Thank you so much.'
