Sunday night's episode of Game of Thrones got a little steamy. Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) has had a thing for Gendry (Joe Dempsie) since the beginning, and in the latest GoT episode, Arya reconnected with her longtime crush before what's likely to be a long and deadly battle and ended up losing her virginity to him.

Because everyone watches GoT, Twitter was ablaze with reactions to the scene; Sophie Turner even saucily approved on her Instagram Stories following the episode. Some fans squirmed, having seen Arya's character grow up on screen, while others celebrated Arya's decision to explore her sexuality. But if you thought you were stressed watching Arya and Gendry's sex scene, Williams has something to tell you: Just put yourself in her family's shoes.

On Tuesday, Williams tweeted, "if u feel uncomfortable just know that my mother and my step dad and my 2 sisters and my 4 brothers have all probably watched this too ahahakillmeehehe."

Williams admits that when she initially read the script, she assumed the scene was a joke. "At first, I thought it was a prank,” she told Entertainment Weekly. “I was like, ‘Yo, good one.’ And [the showrunners were] like, ‘No, we haven’t done that this year.’ Oh f—k!” Fans were shocked to see a different side of the stoic warrior, but Williams was glad Arya got to experience romance.

"It was really interesting because it’s a very human relationship for Arya,” Williams continued. “This is something she’s stayed away from, an emotion we’ve never really seen her engage with. David and Dan were like, ‘It’s the end of the world, what else would you have her do?’ This may be is a moment where Arya accepts death tomorrow, which she never does—‘Not Today.’ So it was that moment where she says, ‘We’re probably going to die tomorrow, I want to know what this feels like before that happens.’ It’s interesting to see Arya be a bit more human, speak more normally about things people are scared of."
