Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin just marked the one-year anniversary of their engagement this weekend—Baldwin with a gushing Instagram post about the Biebs, Bieber with a bottle cap challenge video.

But People got a little intel about how Bieber feels about how fast his relationship with Baldwin progressed last year. The two got engaged one month after they got back together, then got married two months after that at a New York City courthouse in December. Bieber is so, so happy that three months into dating Baldwin, she was his wife.

'Their engagement happened so quickly after they got back together,' People's source explained. 'It was very special for Justin to propose. He was so sure that Hailey is the one. [He is] even happier that they got married so quickly, too. He can’t imagine life without Hailey. He feels like he wouldn’t have made it through this year without [her].'

Baldwin has been supportive to Bieber as he has gotten treatment for his depression. He is still focusing on his mental health, People reported, but that hasn't caused any big issues in his and Baldwin's relationship. They are still living in the honeymoon phase. 'They still act like newlyweds,' the source said. 'Justin constantly surprises Hailey with gifts. She is always gushing about what a great husband he is.'

People additionally reported that the two are still planning to have their second wedding—their official religious ceremony for family and friends—in September this year, around the one-year anniversary of their secret courthouse wedding.
