Last week, Ashley Graham announced she was expecting her first child in an adorable video.

Posing alongside her husband of nine years Justin Ervin, the camera then panned down to reveal her beautiful burgeoning bump.

It's well known by now that Graham is a trailblazer in her field. Through hard work and determination, she has earned herself a place at the table in an industry which, traditionally, has not accepted any other body type than the standard.

Graham is now regularly titled as one of the world's highest-paid models and has paved the way for curve models taking the top jobs (like the 2016 Sports Illustrated cover), while staying true to herself and establishing leadership credentials within the body positivity movement.

So, with her first pregnancy, you could expect Graham to set a similar precedent of honesty, changing body acceptance and encouragement to other women going through a similar life change.

On Sunday, Graham did just that by sharing a partially nude picture of her pregnant body, presenting new stretch marks and a growing tummy.

'Same same but a little different,' the model captioned the striking image.

The post was instantly praised, with over one million likes, and fans commenting with heart emojis aplenty to thank Graham for bringing some much needed relatability to Instagram.

'I'm pregnant, hormonal and going through so many body changes. This made me tear up, I really needed this today,' one user commented.

'Thank you for being so real in a world of fake,' another said.

'You continue to set the bar for real beauty inside and out. Thank you for your transparency,' wrote another follower.

Undoubtedly, Graham has struck a chord with many women with her post.
