Well, you certainly can’t say we’re not good to you. In the same week the first ever issue of ELLE Wedding hits shelves, ELLE teamed up with the Victoria & Albert museum for an exclusive private view and curated tour of the exquisite Wedding Dresses 1775-2014 exhibition. In the historic gallery space, ELLE Insiders sipped wine, ate canapés and enjoyed an introductory talk from curator, Edwina Ehrman.

The main event? An exclusive view of wedding gowns from the likes of Kate Moss (gorgeous Galliano), Gwen Stefani (dip-dyed Dior) and Dita Von Teese (purple ‘Birds of Paradise’ inspired Vivienne Westwood) – as well as a comprehensive view of iconic wedding dresses throughout history and the world.

And to finish? Archive footage of all the royal weddings of note (that Kate Middleton and Prince William balcony kiss) – which made for much nostalgic ooh-ing and aah-ing. If you missed out, don;t worry - there are many more events in the pipeline. All you need to do for your exlcusive invitation is becomine an ELLE Insider, by subscribing to the magazine.
