Twitter users identified Selena's shopping buddy as Raquelle Stevens. The UC Irvine Target where Selena and Raquelle stopped to stock up is located about two hours away from Indio, California, where Coachella takes place and on the way to Coachella from Selena's Beverly Hills home.
This isn't definitive proof that Selena is Coachella-bound, but it's also definitely not proof that she isn't.
Selena definitely did not appear to be on-site at Coachella when her ex, The Weeknd, belted out (and teared up during) 'Call Out My Name,' the breakup song widely speculated to be about her.
