Emily Ratajkowski surprise-married her boyfriend of a few weeks, Sebastian Bear-McClard, at the end of February, announcing their city hall nuptials on her Instagram story that day. In a classic Chrissy Teigen joke tweet, she saw the news and blasted Ratajkowski for not inviting her. 'I’m oddly mad I wasn’t invited to ’s wedding even though we barely speak...like, I like all your photos and leave flames on some,' she wrote, then she followed up with a 'CONGRATS' tweet with a lot of flames. Peak Chrissy Teigen.

Emrata is on a press tour for I Feel Pretty, and at one pit stop—Live With Kelly and Ryan—Kelly Ripa brought that tweet back up and basically forced Ratajkowski to explain why Teigen wasn't invited. 'I actually felt bad,' Ratajkowski said. 'I was like oh my god, she’s calling me out. But you know, a lot of people weren’t there. I do [know Teigen], I do. You know, I don’t know that she would’ve been the first person in a ten-person wedding that I would’ve invited but I totally get it. She’s like number 12. I saw her yesterday." Had it been a 15-person wedding, 'she would’ve been [invited]—her and John [Legend, Teigen's husband] and her baby.'

Ratajkowski explained earlier that the couple brought a couple friends with them to city hall—but those were all the wedding details she was willing to publicly disclose. 'You know, you always need one witness,' she said of official wedding protocol. 'But I just couldn’t choose one person so we ended up bringing four to five friends each, a couple dogs—we were quite a little crew. Everyone wore a suit, like some kind of [take on suit].'
