Chrissy Teigen has made her first red carpet appearance since giving birth to her son Miles in May and boy, did she deliver.

Gracing the red carpet at the British GQ's Men of the Year Awards with her husband, John Legend, last night, the model sparkled in a shimmery, tasseled silver #LaBourjoisie x Lyla Dumont St. Barth dress.

She teamed the look with her hair pulled back into a chic up-do (very Meghan Markle) for the A-list night out. When in London, do as the Royals do, right?

During the evening, the 32-year-old posted a video of herself and her husband busting a move at their table and yes, they looked as adorable as ever.

The star-studded occasion also provided the perfect opportunity for Teigen to whip out some of her self-deprecating one-liners.

Posting a photograph of herself with her beau on the red carpet to Instagram, she captioned the post: 'Is this blurry? I’ve had some wines'

The Sports Illustrated star also uploaded a snap of herself posing for the paparazzi with the caption: 'Me from other angles very important (me) #angles.'

Later in the evening, the couple celebrate Lenge's first ever cover on the men's magazine, with Teigen imitating Victoria Beckham's iconic 'leg pose' on Instagram. That, or she was suffering from swollen feet from her cross-Atlantic flight and needed a lie down.

Earlier in the day, Teigen announced she was back in London with a picture of a red bus posted to Twitter.

She also questioned the UK where to find 'that show where they decide who they like based on genitalia', otherwise known as Channel 4's hit show Naked Attraction.

Earlier this summer, the mother-of-two opened up about her struggles with body image after giving birth to her second child.

In a post on her Instagram Story, she told her fans: ‘I guess these just aren’t going to go away. This is my new body.'

She later admitted on Twitter that she is still ‘super insecure’ over her figure, as she opened up about how ‘hard’ it is to see 'killer bodies' on social media.

‘Instagram is crazy,’ she began. ‘I think it’s awesome people have killer bodies and are proud to show them off (I really do!!) but I know how hard it can be to forget what (for lack of a better word) regular ol’ bodies look like when everyone looks bonkers amazing.’

We think Chrissy looks beautiful!
