With friends like Serena Williams, Priyanka Chopra, and Jessica Mulroney, Meghan Markle has no problem when it comes to searching for a strong group of female supporters championing work as a fully-fledged royal.

Following the announcement that the Duchess of Sussex has completed her first solo project as a royal - a charity cookbook with a group of women from the site of the Grenfell fire - the star's three famous BFFs have taken to social media congratulate the royal on her philanthropy.

Williams, who was last spotted hanging out with Markle at Wimbledon in July, shared a slideshow of several of the recipes from the cookbook, titled Together: Our Community Cookbook, on Instagram.

'I used to call you Meghan (and I still do) but dear Duchess of Sussex your first project 'Together' a cookbook bringing women of all cultures together,' she wrote in the post's caption.

'I could not be more excited about it and proud of you. It’s beautiful - diversity, inclusivity, coming together in grief or joy - there is just so much love. Link in bio to learn more, and how you can get a copy!'

Meanwhile, Chopra - who recently recreated the royal couple's engagement photos for her own with fiancé Nick Jonas - took to social media to congratulate Markle's on-going efforts to champion women.

'So proud of you for this new endeavour Meghan,' she wrote on Instagram. 'This is everything you always stood for. Women supporting women. Supporting communities. Bringing Togetherness. Here you do it again.. Keep making the world smile babe! ❤️💋🎉🙏🏽'

The duchess - who will attend two more solo engagements this week - was also congratulated by her best friend and stylist Mulroney (whom she recently paid a visit to in Toronto ) who opened up about her pride for her pal.
