Update 12/05/20: Forget maths and biology because home-schooling dad Jason Momoa is showing us exactly how he's keeping his children informed during quarantine.

In a video shared on his Instagram Stories earlier this week, Momoa can be seen teaching his son Nakao-Wolf how to throw a tomahawk (otherwise known as a single-handed axe).

‘Teaching my boy the ol no look huck,’ the 40-year-old captioned the videos of him taking aim at a bullseye.

‘It’s not essential to look, Wolfie, you just have to feel the aim and let it go,' Momoa jokes in the clip, as he launches a tomahawk into a white tent behind the target.

'You kinda want to glance, and then turn away,' he continues, adding, 'Just make sure no one is walking in the way.'

A second video was captioned ‘Wolfies blooper takes [sic]’

‘It’s all about arrogance and confidence,’ he jokes before he and his son erupt into laughter at him missing the targets.

The actor is currently in lockdown with his two children, Lola and Nakoa-Wolf, and wife Lisa Bonet.

Jason Momoa has opened up about becoming a substitute P.E. teacher to his children, as his family continues to self-isolate.

On Tuesday, the 40-year-old actor opened up about spending quality time with his two children – 12-year-old daughter Lola and 11-year-old son Nakoa-Wolf – with his wife Lisa Bonet and the challenges he’s facing during home-schooling.

In an interview with TV shot host Ellen DeGeneres, the Game of Thrones star said that his children are adapting ‘really well’ as they stay at home, noting that his son was already home-schooled.

'They have time to check in with their friends, but I think they're really loving it. They're really loving having me home and we're having a great time,' he said.

The actor added 'thank God they have their teachers,' before saying that he was stepping in as the children’s temporary 'P.E. coach', explaining that their physical activities include skateboarding and rock climbing.

Last month, the proud father shared a video on Instagram of his daughter on a bike, drinking a canned beverage and throwing an axe towards a tree stump.

‘I want to be my kids when I grow up,’ an excerpt of the video’s caption reads.

Discussing how he’s coping during the prolonged period of time at home, he said that he’s watching what he eats because he’s trying to lose weight.

'Right now I've just been taking it easy on the food, because I love eating and I can't get all the things I like,' the Aquaman star added.

'So I've just been riding my bike and trying to thin out a little bit, I've been getting a little heavy.’

The actor will soon star in the upcoming film Dune, out in December, opposite Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya and Oscar Isaac.

Earlier this year, Momoa melted hearts at the Golden Globes 2020 when he was seen sat next to his wife wearing a sleeveless black tank top.

Fans of the GoT star noted that the actor had removed his velvet tuxedo jacket and given it to Bonet, presumably to keep her warm during the star-studded event.

Is there anything this man isn't good at?
