The model gave birth to her first child, 'Sly' on March 8 after months of being open about her journey to motherhood with her fans on social media.
On Wednesday, the star shared numerous images from the day she gave birth to her newborn. In the photos, the 29-year-old can be seen lying down on what appears to be a hospital bed, holding her child close to her chest and breathing on gas and air.
'In between pushes/first moments with Sly. Life, [sic]' she captioned the post of images.

Emily Ratajkowski has given birth and taken to Instagram to announce the news.
On Thursday March 11, the model shared a photograph of herself breastfeeding her newborn and looking lovingly at their face.
‘Sylvester Apollo Bear has joined us earth side,’ she captioned the photo.
‘Sly arrived 3/8/21 on the most surreal, beautiful, and love-filled morning of my life.[sic]’
Several celebrities and friends of Ratajkowski and her husband Sebastian Bear-McClard commented on the post to share their well wishes.
‘Congratulations sweet family, [sic]’ wrote Bella Hadid. ‘Awwww congratulations,[sic]’ added fellow model Sara Sampaio.
‘Welcome to the world Sly! [sic]’ wrote Ashley Graham, who gave birth to her son Isaac last year and has been vocal about motherhood, stretch marks, breastfeeding and women’s bodies following pregnancy in recent months.
Last October, Ratajkowski revealed that she was pregnant with her first child, two years after her marriage to her husband and said that she doesn’t plan to reveal her baby’s gender.
During her pregnancy, the 29-year-old has shared her thoughts on several issues women face during pregnancy including loneliness and the meaning of family.
‘I've never really understood what it would be like to make a family and growing a family is an amazing, eye-opening experience, and I feel really lucky,’ the model said in a clip shared on Instagram last month.
‘I don't know what motherhood is going to be like of course, because this is my first time, and everyone has such different experiences and perspectives. So, the best thing to do is just trust in the process and take each day at a time and then see where this ride takes me.’
Days later, the new mother noted on Instagram that at the end of her third trimester she was feeling ‘like Winnie the Pooh in human form’ at times and also ‘a fertility goddess with a juicy butt’.
'Either way I know I’m going to miss this bump and those kicks very soon, [sic]’ she joked.
