Naturally, her spectacular wedding to Ben Affleck featured heavily – and the star included some never-before-seen, intimate snaps from the planning and lead-up and the ceremonies themselves.
As part of her April highlights, Lopez shared a close-up photo of her green diamond engagement ring from Ben, who proposed to the singer while she was taking a bubble bath, as well as a picture of herself trying on a bridal veil. May, meanwhile, featured snapshots of the star looking at various wedding dress sketches.
The July section of the reel revealed intimate snaps from hers and Affleck's first wedding ceremony in Las Vegas, including photos of the star's lace-covered dress, the happy couple smiling in the back of a pink convertible car and honeymooning in Paris.
Lopez also shared behind-the-scenes photos of dress fittings at Ralph Lauren, which she wore for her second wedding ceremony later in the year.
The month of August was dedicated to hers and Affleck's blow-out, three-day wedding extravaganza at Affleck's sprawling estate in Riceboro, Georgia – which Lopez summed up with a selection of photos from behind the scenes, including her wearing one of her three gowns and looking at herself in the mirror, and a stunning photo of her and Affleck from the ceremony itself.

After Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck tied the knot in a second wedding ceremony in Georgia on August 20, the Marry Me star shared intimate details about the big day, which she said happened with 'perfect timing'.
Via her On The J Lo newsletter, Lopez began by revealing the meaning behind Affleck's wedding speech.
'This is heaven. Right Here. We’re in it now', she shared, referring to one of her favourite lines from his speech.
As the singer explained, it came from a movie he directed called Live By Night, which he also read out on the night of their wedding reception.
'I thought...how perfect,' she recalled.
Lopez explained the conundrums and doubts they faced ahead of their nuptials, including the fact 'it had rained at sunset every day that week,’ and that ‘Everyone was worried about the heat'.
Like most brides and grooms, they worried about whether guests would all arrive on time. But there was also the issue of torrential thunder and lighting that arrived each day leading up to their wedding, around the same time their ceremony was due to commence that Saturday.
In addition, Lopez revealed that a lot of people had previously caught a stomach bug and was recuperating until later in the week.
'That, and along with a few other unexpected setbacks, had all the makings of a doozie of a wedding weekend,' she said.
Still, she clarified: 'The truth is, I never had one doubt. All week I felt the calm and easy certainty that we were in God’s hands...'
Explaining how everything worked out in the end, she said of her wedding ceremony: 'The sun broke free and cast its rays like little diamonds dancing across the river behind the makeshift altar in our backyard.'
She added: 'I started my walk down the stairs that would become the aisle that would lead me toward the rest of my life. Ahhhhh...it was actually happening...'
Lopez walked down the aisle to 'The Things We’ve Handed Down' - a song about the mystery of children, which she called 'the perfect choice as our five children preceded me on the walk'.
The 53-year-old, who shares twins Emme and Maximilian with ex-husband Marc Anthony, is now a step-mum to Affleck's three children, Violet, Seraphina and Samuel, whose mum is his former wife Jennifer Garner.
Explaining further what the song meant to them, Lopez gushed: 'We weren’t only marrying one another; we were marrying these children into a new family.
'They were the only people we asked to stand up for us in our wedding party. To our great honour and joy, each one did.'
As the eldest child Violet finished her walk, a second song played: 'True Companion’ by Marc Cohn, which Lopez said she and Affleck deemed to be 'the perfect wedding love song'. She even surprised her husband by getting Cohn to sing it at their wedding.
She called it 'a song we first listened to together what seemed both like yesterday and forever ago — and life came, strangely, beautifully, mysteriously, divinely full-circle'.
Recalling Affleck's reaction to Cohn's performance at their wedding, she said: 'Later Ben told me that the chords of the song and seeing Marc Cohn both shocked him and allowed him to feel the way both roads we had walked found their way, inevitably, inexorably, and perfectly together.
'And when he saw me appear at the top of the stairs that moment it both made absolute sense while seeming still impossibly hard to believe, like the best dream, where all you want is never to awaken.
'I would have had many of the same thoughts probably had I not been focusing so hard on not tripping over my dress, but when I got close enough to see his face, it made the same wonderful sense to me.
'Some old wounds were healed that day and the weight of the past finally lifted off our shoulders. Full-circle — and not at all the way we planned it. Better.'
Lopez also admitted that both she and Affleck laughed about getting married during their rehearsal dinner the night before.
She wrote: 'Nothing ever felt more right to me, and I knew we were finally “settling down” in a way you can only do when you understand loss and joy and you are battle tested enough to never take the important things for granted.'
Lopez added that their nuptials came at a time when they couldn't 'let the silly insignificant nuisances of the day get in the way of embracing every precious moment'.
She continued: 'We find ourselves in that long-desired time of life: having gratitude for all that life has shown us, even its trials and tribulations. That night really was heaven...'
The day after their wedding, Lopez and Affleck enjoyed a scenic brunch by the lake.
Lopez concluded: 'Years ago, we had no idea the road ahead would mean navigating so many labyrinths and hold so many surprises, blessings, and delights.
'It all culminated in this moment, one of the most perfect of our lives. We couldn’t have been happier. I wish all of you the same kind of happiness...the hard-earned kind that’s all the sweeter for the journey that came before it.'

Following Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's second wedding ceremony in Georgia on August 20, images have been released showing the singer's bridal look for the big day.
In photos shared by Lopez's hair stylist on Instagram, the Marry Me star is shown wearing a custom Ralph Lauren Collection gown to walk down the aisle.
This number is a revised take on the fashion house's signature turtleneck column dress and was one of three Ralph Lauren looks she wore for the big day.
More than 1,000 handkerchiefs and 1,640 feet of fabric were cut to make the tiered ruffles that form into a voluminous, romantic skirt and spill out into an undulating train.
The hand-applied ruffles are echoed at the sleeves and neckline, and a cathedral-length veil lent further drama to her bridal look.
Affleck complemented his wife in a classic Ralph Lauren Couture white tuxedo jacket, black trousers, and a black bow tie.
Appleton shared the details of Lopez's beauty look in an accompanying caption, writing: 'What a weekend. First look hair was pulled back of the face and soft & bouncy in the back, then we dressed the hair into a intricate elegant updo [sic].'
Lopez also teased her wedding look when sharing a close-up shot of herself to her Instagram feed.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck celebrated their wedding with a second glamorous ceremony in Georgia on Saturday August 20.
For the couple's big day, held at Affleck's Riceboro estate in front of friends and family, Lopez wowed in a scene-stealing wedding gown (which you can see here).
The short-sleeved design came with an undulating ruffled train and sheer veil, and was cut with a skin-baring back and mermaid silhouette, though specific details, including the designer of her gown, was yet to be revealed.
This came after Page Six previously reported that the Marry Me star was expected to wear a custom Ralph Lauren dress, which hadn't been confirmed by Lopez nor the fashion house.
At this point we were yet to get a close-up view of Lopez's wedding look, but the same news outlet published paparazzi photos of Lopez and Affleck posing for their wedding photographer.
According to reports, Bennifer's second nuptials saw them celebrate with fireworks, live music and a dress code.
It's believed the wedding day started in The Perry Lane Hotel in Savannah, Georgia, where most guests stayed before being shuttled to Affleck's estate.
A source told Entertainment Tonight guests were offered champagne before boarding.
'Guests were gathering at The Perry Lane Hotel [in Savannah] to head to Jennifer and Ben's wedding,' the source revealed.
'Everyone is dressed in white with most women in white dresses and gowns, and most men in white suits, a majority in linen material, but the dress code features a wide variety.
'Some men are in white shorts and sneakers and there is a female guest in a white fringe leather jacket and sparkly cowboy hat.'
Director Kevin Smith, Affleck's longtime friend, shared via Twitter a photo of himself with his wife wearing all-white for the wedding.
Another source said Lopez and Affleck showed a lot of gratitude towards the wedding guests.
'Ben and Jen have been so gracious all weekend. They have been wonderful towards all the staff helping with the event, from the limo shuttle service company and beyond,' the source said.
'You can tell how in love they are and how comfortable they are with each other. They can't wait to continue to celebrate all weekend long with the people they love the most.'
It's understood that everyone invited received a goody bag with a 'JB' inscription in white script letters.
As for security, the Daily Mail reported that Affleck received a no-fly zone permit over his property within a three mile radius that was in force as celebrations began.
Still, the aerial wedding photos that have been released show the couple kissing on the dock and their guests walking down a white carpet.

Page Six reported that it would take place at Affleck's Riceboro estate in Georgia, which Homes And Gardens says features a central mansion designed in a plantation style over 4,000 acres.
A source told Page Six it will be an 'intimate celebration for family and friends' and will begin with a rehearsal dinner on Friday, before a wedding ceremony on Saturday.
The couple were believed to plan on ending the weekend with a barbecue and picnic on Sunday.
It was understood the event would be all about Lopez and Affleck wanted her to be the focus on their big day.
Lopez was expected to wear a custom Ralph Lauren dress made in Italy.

Last month, it was revealed that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are reportedly planning an extravagant wedding party after their intimate Las Vegas nuptials.
Following this, Page Six reported the newlyweds have hired a luxury event planner, Colin Cowie, to help them organise a lavish do.
Cowie's business headquarters reside in New York and Los Angeles, and he's thrown parties for the likes of Oprah Winfrey, Kim Kardashian, Jerry Seinfeld, Michael Jordan and Nicole Kidman.
He's also worked with Lopez before.
Cowie's business offers clients 'a royal wedding of epic proportions [to] the most glamorous, sophisticated and tasteful backyard wedding'.
And he works with budgets 'ranging from $25,000 to $25 million'.
Another source told the same news outlet the wedding celebration will last several days and include 'everyone they love but could not invite' to Vegas in a bash at St. Simons Island, neighbouring the Georgia coast.
The location boasts numerous beaches and a famous lighthouse.
It's been noted that Matt Damon, Jimmy Kimmel, and Drea de Matteo, who starred with Lopez in Shades of Blue, could be invited to the big bash.

Following Affleck and Lopez's Las Vegas wedding, details about the newlyweds' 'emotional' vows were revealed.
In an interview on Good Morning America that aired on Tuesday, July 19, A Little White Wedding Chapel employee Kenosha Booth Portis, who was working during the couple's nuptials, recalled: 'We were getting ready to close and we had a special guest arrive as a walk-in.
'I started shaking a little bit. I'm like, "Oh my gosh, this is Jennifer Lopez we're getting ready to marry!"'
Booth Portis recalled the pair 'reading each other's vows, they were very sweet'.
She added: 'They both were emotional. They cried to each other. The kids were right there behind them.'
Booth Portis added Lopez wore 'a nice, elegant, beige, lacy-type dress' for the ceremony, noting: 'It had a train on it. The veil was beautiful. Everything was very sleek and beautiful. She was stunning. She had a beautiful white bouquet, and he had a boutonniere as well, that matched.'
The employee, who also revealed the couple played the traditional 'Here Comes the Bride' procession song, said of the whole ceremony: 'It was beautiful. It wasn't overly emotional, but some tears were shed by them both. Jennifer looked stunning.'

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck married in an intimate Las Vegas ceremony, multiple sources have confirmed.
According to People, three months after Lopez and Affleck announced their engagement in April, the couple obtained a marriage license in Clark County, Nevada over the weekend.
It was understood that the ceremony was 'small', a source revealed to the publication.
'It was super, super small. They just wanted to be married so they got married,' an insider told the news outlet.
Representatives for the newlyweds were yet to comment on their nuptials.
Lopez revealed that for the big day she wore a dress from an old movie, and footage, shared by the singer's hair stylist Chris Appleton, showed her twirling in the demure fit-and-flare design.
As it turns out though, the 52-year-old wore two gowns to say 'I do', with the second one being a lacy shoulder-baring creation by Zuhair Murad.
The design boasted an undulating train and lace-trimmed veil, meanwhile her hair was styled with princess-y bouncy curls.
Lopez unveiled her wedding dresses via her On the JLo' newsletter and shared that 49-year-old Affleck donned a jacket from his own wardrobe.
