Hot off the heels of her breakthrough role in American Horror Story: Delicate, Kim Kardashian is now expanding her acting repertoire with a new Ryan Murphy scripted series.

The series, which is still being written, is described as a high-end, glossy and sexy adult procedural’ with Kardashian poised to play Los Angeles’ most successful divorce lawyer and the owner of an all-female law firm in the legal drama, a role which is said to have been inspired by her own lawyer, Laura Wasser.

Wasser is one of Hollywood's most relied-upon divorce lawyers who handled Kardashian's split from Kanye West last year.

The series is said to be planning to start production in late 2024 and will premiere in early 2025, sources confirmed to Deadline, with Hulu - the home of the family's reality series, The Kardashians - having signed it almost on the spot.

Her first feature film, The Fifth Wheel, just sold to Netflix after a bidding war following the trainee lawyer's debut in American Horror Story: Delicate, which the Skims founder is expected to film before Murphy's new series.

In American Horror Story: Delicate, Kardashian played a cutthroat publicist and received strong praise for her performance despite criticism of her casting.
