Bloom was seen getting chummy with a brunette the Saturday before their breakup; apparently he was "keeping his options open" during the entire relationship. And Wednesday night, he was still liking Perry's Instagrams.
Perry took to Twitter Thursday night to make it clear what the truth is amidst all the reports: She and Bloom do still have a good relationship, even if it's not romantic anymore. Don't listen to the gossip: "You can still be friends and love your former partners," she wrote. "No one's a victim or a villain, get a life y'all!"
