Reese Witherspoon said last August that she and others were "thinking about" making Legally Blonde 3. It's been several months since then, but Witherspoon has made her decision: She's definitely down to play Elle Woods for the third film.

"Yeah, yeah I would [do it]!" she told James Corden last night. "I think it'd be kind of cool to see her 15 years later, like what's she doing now? What do you think? I don't know. But I need a good idea."

Then fellow guest Tony Goldwyn suggested that Woods have a Kellyanne Conway-type role. Witherspoon dismissed that quickly with a little Conway burn: "People like Elle Woods so…"

But otherwise, Witherspoon is open: Woods could be the first female president, "she could, yeah, yeah, or she could be a Supreme Court justice or she could be like a really great powerful attorney," the actress mused. "Or she could be in prison. She could be anything! I don't know."

There's no official confirmation of a film yet, but Witherspoon told Corden in the meantime, she'd reprise the role on his show in a Crosswalk Musical. His response to that is perfect:
