Eleven years ago, Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum met and fell in love on the set of Step Up, the '06 love story slash dance film that spawned a franchise. Recently, they decided their four-year-old daughter Everly was ready to see the magic and tried to watch it with her.

Suffice to say, Everly was not at all impressed, Channing told Jimmy Kimmel. "We were like, 'This is going to be really cool. It's got dancing; she's going to love it.' Within 10 seconds, she was like, 'Can I watch a real movie? I don't know, like a good one?' And we were like, 'What do you mean? This is a real movie. It was such a real movie, they made like seven more of these. Like, you will WATCH it. Right. Sit down!' And then like 10 more seconds went by and she was like, 'Please can I watch a real movie?' And we were like, 'Fine, just put on Moana. I don't care.'"

Jenna told her version of the story to James Corden earlier this year with the same shock. "We were on vacation in Mexico, and we were all on the bed and took a nap, woke up, turned on the TV and it was on, and I kid you not, I was like 'Oh my god!' It was just on TV. And I was like, 'Evie, Evie, Evie, look! That's mommy! That's daddy!' And the first thing she goes is, 'That's not you.' I was like, 'I know I look different.' And then we watched for a few minutes and she goes, 'Can we watch something good?' She goes, 'like, one of my movies.' We were so dissed."

But really, how could she not like this?
