Today (Tuesday November 3), Americans head to the polls to vote for their choice of president.
It's between incumbent Republican president, Donald Trump and Democratic nominee Joe Biden, who has selected Kamala Harris to be his running mate. Biden and Harris have made history with their alliance as Harris is the first woman of colour to be selected as a running mate for a major US political party.
This election will be close, and it's important. And if the 2016 election result tells us anything, it's that polls can be wrong and what really matters is that people head to them to exercise their right to vote.
Which is why countless celebrities have been using their huge social media platforms to encourage their - predominantly young - followers to get out and vote. Hailee Steinfeld is just one of these celebrities, telling ELLE UK last week: 'This will be the most important election of our time. I cannot stress enough to my peers and young voters, specifically, how important it is and how much their vote matters... so get out there and vote.'
In addition to the usual 'I voted!' sticker selfies, celebrities like Gigi Hadid, Ariana Grande and Selena Gomez have been sharing useful resources about how to vote early, voter deadlines depending on states and more important guidance.
Scroll down for all the celebrities who are voting and what they've had to say about the upcoming election...
