Today is World AIDS Day, and the National AIDS Trust has launched a fun campaign to raise awareness of misguided attitudes. As part of 'Not Retro, Just Wrong', they encourage you to share embarrassing photos of you or your parents from the 80s or 90s.
World AIDS Day raises awareness of the AIDS pandemic, spread by the HIV virus. It aims to challenge outdated but prevalent attitudes about how HIV is transmitted and what life is like for sufferers.

You can help by writing to your MP asking them to show their support for people living with HIV. You can also pin on a red ribbon today to promote awareness or hold a World AIDS Day event. Finally, share your retro snaps on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter with the hashtag #HIVNotRetro.
