Forget her tousled curls, the couture-filled wardrobe and her adorable children, now we want to visit Kate Middleton's cafe. Or rather, the Australian establishment that's based its very existence on the Duchess of Cambridge.

Melbourne-based brunch spot, the Middletown Café, is now home to the world's first Princess Kate-inspired café and restaurant and it's surprisingly not as cringey as you'd imagine.

Lined with minimalistic marble tables, brass lamps, wooden furnishings, and a navy aesthetic, the coffee hub is one of the most 'Instagrammable' eateries we've ever seen.

Middletown's owner, Randy Dhamanhuri, told People that Kate was his 'muse' for the restaurant's decor.

'When we think of Kate, the colour blue or navy always comes to mind,' he said.

'We decided to use royal navy as the dominant colour for the wall,' he added.

According to the cafe's website, it offers an all-day breakfast and lunch menu with healthy, seasonal choices such as paleo granola, chia seed pudding, wagyu brisket and quinoa salad.

When we think of Kate, the colour blue or navy always comes to mind.

'With an emphasis on fine seasonal produce, Middletown brings you a pleasant dining experience with sophistication,' reads it's website.

According to People, the café's diamond-shaped marble terrazzo tiles were organized in a pattern to resemble the look of Westminster Abbey, where Kate married Prince William in 2011.

Elsewhere in the restaurant there are illustrations of the Royal's favorite trench coat and famous sapphire engagement ring on the walls.

'It's a subtle hint to show that Kate 'lives' here, without putting her portrait,' added Dhamanhuri.

While the owner revealed he hopes the mother-of-two will one day visit his cafe, he wants to point out she's not the only reason why customers adore the place.

'Once we share our vision and story behind it, they actually appreciate it,' he added.

Unfortunately for the cafe, they've missed a trick by failing to put Eggs Royale on the menu. Awkward.
