With hiatus' of months between sightings of Queen Jen on her husband, Justin Theroux's Instagram account, there is something of an Aniston-shaped hole in our lives.

We often catch ourselves thinking, 'I wonder what Jen's coffee looks like?' or 'What's her workout routine today?' Alas we have no idea because she simply refuses to get her butt onto any social media platform.

Many actresses have been vocal of late about how their social media presence helps them get acting work.

Sophie Turner recently claimed she got a role over a much better actress because of the amount of followers she has, and Elizabeth Olsen has spoken out about how she recently moved onto the app since she was hurting her career by not being present.

That being said, Aniston simply won't budge.

In an interview with Vogue, she said, 'Honestly, when I look around and see people constantly on their phones, I feel like we're missing so much. And it's something we created.'

She continued, explaining that she saw social media as a particular difficulty for young people, 'I equate it to the tobacco industry; it's hard enough being a kid growing up and becoming who you are and finding yourself but now you have social media and you've added this extra pressure of seeing if someone likes or doesn't like something you did. We're creating these man-made challenges and it's a such a drag.

Now that is why her hair is so lovely - it's full of wisdom.
