That's the kind of memory that Adele will have of meeting Celine Dion.
Adele popped backstage to say 'Hello' to Dion at a show earlier this month. On Friday, Dion posted a snap of the divas posing together, along with an update on her health. 'I had a pretty rough time during the last couple of weeks,' read the caption. 'A lot of people have been hit with cold and flu bugs... but I'm doing much better now. Wasn't able to do all my shows, but was thrilled that Adele came to one of them.... I love her so much!!'
When the English chanteuse saw the Canadian canary perform, she posted her own photo to Instagram, featuring the world's most perfect sweatshirt. It's not the same one Dion herself wore on a casual stroll back in 2016, but it is a similar one from Dion's official line of merchandise.
'Queen Celine! What a show, an absolute highlight of my life, thank you so much for the attention to your crowd and insane humour. Happy new year lady x,' she wrote.
Due to her illness, Dion had to cancel several of her Las Vegas shows. But, according to a Facebook post, the singer will resume performing from March 27.
