When the news broke in late December that Melania Trump's favorite show was How To Get Away With Murder, it seemed like an... interesting choice for a number of reasons, like, for example that the show's creator Shonda Rhimes — not to mention much of the cast — has been nothing short of vocal about her dislike for President Trump.

So, when Jimmy Kimmel hosted Viola Davis on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, he obviously had to ask about the First Lady's TV preferences. 'Would you ever consider a walk-on role for Melania Trump?'

Viola definitely hesitated with her answer, even saying it was the one question she wished Kimmel hadn't asked her. But after some thought, she said yes! 'You know what, yes. Because you know what? I really want to talk to the lady. I really do.'

But would this be a gesture out of the goodness of Viola's heart; a reaching across the political abyss aisle? 'No I just want the inside scoop,' Viola joked. 'I don't want to give her any sort of pleasure, I just want the inside scoop.'

Okay okay, that's a fair point. When you're married to Donald Trump, there's probably *tons* of Oval Office tea you can spill. I'd want the juicy details, too! Think of all the gossip! And in true Annalise Keating fashion, Viola said she'd plan for herself and Melania to 'have some vodka together' on set.

And while my mind is currently racing about all the things they could discuss in this scenario (women's rights, sexual harassment, the list goes on), I have a feeling that conversation might end a little something like this...
