Kris Jenner gave interviews to multiple outlets last night at Rachel Zoe's Los Angeles collection presentation and dinner, making her first public remarks about what Kylie Jenner is like as a mother. (Kylie confirmed her pregnancy and announced the birth of her first daughter on February 4th. She welcomed her child on February 1st.)

'I'm just really proud of her,' Kris told Entertainment Tonight. 'It's incredible. I feel very, very lucky.'

'She's amazing. An amazing mom,' Kris told People, which asked about how Kylie was doing a few days into motherhood. Kris also lost it watching Kylie's 11-minute pregnancy journey video before Kylie publicly released it, she added. 'I was bawling! I was crying so hard, especially at the end. And I still cried [when I watched it after it was posted].'

Welcoming all the new Kardashian babies—including Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's new daughter Chicago West and Khloé Kardashian's first child, due in March/April—is 'overwhelming. It's a lot of little people,' Kris joked to Entertainment Tonight. 'I love it though. I love every second of it. It's such a blessing.'

Kris was also asked by ET about how the family decides how much of their lives to keep private and how much to show on their series Keeping Up With Kardashians. It was, presumably, the outlet's attempt to feel out how much of Kylie's pregnancy and life as a new mother would be aired. Kris gave this non-answer: 'We film everything and we try to show as much as we can in 44 minutes once a week on a one hour show. So we try to get in as much as we can that we know everybody will love.'

In Kylie's birth announcement Instagram, Kylie explained why she kept her pregnancy so private (and off the show) while she was expecting. 'I'm sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions,' she wrote. 'I understand you're used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way I knew how. There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness.'
