Okay she hasn't exactly banished him from Earth, though we can only dream that she might one day have the power to do that.

What she has done, though, is take a pretty great stand against him.

Adele has banned Donald Trump from using her music anywhere in his campaign.

The Grammy-owning, much loved global musical artist has explicitly told Trump that he 'does not have permission' to use her song, Rolling In The Deep in him campaigning, as he has frequently done.

The hate-spewing Republican, responsible for such comments as 'Hilary Clinton is a major national security risk', and who famously pledged to close America's door to immigrants, is a self-proclaimed fan of Adele's work and has even been to see her sing live.

Apparently, this is not the first time that a major musician has taken umbrage with Donald Trump's use of their music.

REM's Michael Stipe issued a statement telling Trump to back away from his tracks and Aerosmith's Steven Tyler went as far as to have his lawyers issue Trump with a cease-and-desist letter.
