To celebrate the upcoming release of her new movie 'A Quiet Place: Day One', Lupita Nyong'o wore a double-breasted pearly white suit jacket from Chanel’s SS23 couture collection. Underneath, she wore a feathered dress.
To complete the look, she accessorised with a silver cat clutch, white pointed shoes and and silver jewellery.

Actor Nyong'o eschewed the traditional red carpet gown for the Tony Awards, instead choosing a black tux and a silver cast of her own torso. Created by Pakistani artist and fashion designer Misha Japanwala.
'[Japanwala's] work is rooted in the rejection and deconstruction of external shame attached to one’s body,' Nyong'o wrote on Instagram. 'In her artistic process, she creates a realistic and true record of a person’s body as an act of resistance and celebration, and an insistence on being allowed to exist freely in our bodies.'
