If it hasn’t been your day, week or month during Covid-19, let’s just say we couldn’t empathise more.

But if you’re in need of a pick-me-up this morning, then look no further for your entertainment than this adorable video of a group of teachers showing their students that they are there for them despite the pandemic outbreak.

On Wednesday, teacher Christine Blizzard-Wrobel shared a video on YouTube of the Vorhees Middle School staff making a parody of the Friends theme song ‘We'll Be There For You’ sang by The Rembrandts.

‘VMS. Episode 2020. The One Where They Learned Remotely,’ she captioned the video, referencing the titles of each of the Friends episodes.

‘So no one told you life was gonna' be this way,’ sings one teacher to kick off the song.

‘My [tablet's] a joke, it's broke, and you just sit all day,’ another croons. ‘It's like you're always doing homework here, when it hasn't been your day, your week, your month or even your year.’

‘We'll be there for you, so you're there for me too,’ others sing while one adds: ‘You're still in bed at ten, school began at eight. You burned your breakfast so far—things are going great.’

From guitar solos and umbrella twirling to shooting hoops, these teachers really have this parody down to a tee.

On Wednesday, Friends star Courteney Cox revealed she is currently watching every episode of the TV show during lockdown.

The actress played chef Monica Geller in the show, which ended filming in 2004.

During a chat with talk show host Jimmy Kimmel – whose programme is currently off air –, the mother-of-one discussed how she’s keeping busy during the pandemic.

Filming herself via video from her Californian home, the actress revealed she has bought all 10 seasons of the TV show on Amazon Prime and is making her way through the entire catalogue of 236 episodes.

‘I decided during this time, people love the show so much, I decided to binge watch Friends. I just started season one – it’s really good!’ she said.

‘I don’t remember even being on the show, I have such a bad memory. I remember obviously loving everybody there and having fun and I remember certain times of my life I was there but I don’t remember episodes.’

Cox was scheduled to take part in a Friends reunion episode this week with her co-stars Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer but the programme has been postponed.

The special episode is believed to be available at the launch of the HBO Max streaming service in May.
