The Grammy winner had a sweet moment with actor Natalie Portman at Dior’s Spring 2024 haute couture runway show in Paris yesterday. In a video that has since gone viral, the unlikely duo are filmed tightly embracing each other as Rihanna can be heard emitting a squeal.
The feeling was mutual, judging from the May December star’s reaction to meeting the Fenty Beauty mogul. 'I love you,' Portman said.
'I am a f*cking fan,' Rihanna replied, prompting Portman to say, 'Are you kidding me?'
The 'Love on the Brain' singer continued, 'You are one of the hottest b*tch*s in Hollywood forever. You do the most innocent look, and I’m like, ‘Ugh!’'
Portman responded, 'Excuse me? I’m gonna black out.'
The actor had her own string of compliments to hand out. 'I love you and I listen to your music all the time,' she said. 'You’re such a queen. Thank you.'
The two then posed for a photo together. As they moved to part ways, Rihanna noted, 'Yo, I don’t get excited about anybody.'
As VIP front-row guests, both Rihanna and Portman arrived at the event in head-to-toe Dior. Rihanna wore a puffed skirt suit pulled from the house’s Fall/Winter 2023 collection, while Portman wore a sequinned miniskirt and boxy blazer from the Pre-Fall 2024 collection.
