This move will develop your upper body strength, tone your back and shoulders and give you hot abs fast!
Get into push up position on your dumbbells (ideally anything over 4kg)
Keep your core engaged and your back flat
Draw one dumbbell up towards your rib cage, hold for a couple of seconds and then return to your starting position
Repeat on the other side and continue alternating your arms for 60 seconds
Make sure to keep your hips flat and to keep your feet on the floor, to make it easier you can bring your feet wider
