Speaking to FEMAIL, celebrity make-up artist Francesca Abrahamovitch noted that the Duchess has swapped her usual chocolate brown pencil eyeliner for something a little more bright-eyed.
'Meghan appears to be wearing a nude eyeliner in her lower waterline. I love this look and use it a lot on my clients, especially when they have super-early starts,' explained Francesca.
So how does it work? Instead of a dark pencil liner that adds depth and definition to the outline of your eyes, a nude liner does the opposite.
