The Duchess of Sussex, 37, was joined by some of her closest A-list friends for the American pre-birth tradition, including tennis star Serena Williams (who snapped a rare selfie at the event), lawyer Amal Clooney, designer Mischa Nonoo and former Suits co-star Abigail Spencer (whose gift sparked some gender-based rumours).

It is traditional for gifts to be given to both pregnant mum and unborn babe at baby showers, and Spencer's blue-wrapped gift showed a royal one would be no different.
Though the rest of the presents are still a secret, we think one has been spotted in paparazzi pictures hanging around the casually dressed Mum-to-be's neck.
Fan Instagram account @harry_meghan_updates saw a gold chain that appears to read 'mummy' on her necklace, and they have attributed the gorgeous jewellery to American designer Jennifer Meyer.
