Carrie Bradshaw has made her endorsement of Miranda Hobbes' run for New York governor Instagram official. This morning, after reports spread of Sex and the City actress Sarah Jessica Parker being non-committal about supporting her costar Cynthia Nixon' gubernatorial campaign, Parker took to her own social media to give her official stamp of approval.

"@cynthiaenixon: An activist. An advocate. A fighter. A NY'er. A dear friend. Running for Governor of our great state," Parker wrote. "My sister on and off screen, you have my love, support and vote. To learn more, read about @cynthiaenixon or donate go to https://cynthiafornewyork.com/ Xx, SJ"

Parker originally indicated she was undecided between Nixon and incumbent Andrew Cuomo in a statement given through her rep yesterday evening (via Page Six), “Cynthia has been my friend and colleague since we were little girls. I look forward to talking to her about her New York state gubernatorial bid.”

Charlotte, aka Kristin Davis, has already endorsed Nixon on Instagram. "@cynthiaenixon is stepping up to run for Governor of NY," she wrote on March 19. "I am thrilled to support her and I know that she cares deeply about the issues facing all of us. I’m so proud of her and I know she will work tirelessly to create change for all who need representation."

Davis was ecstatic about Parker's Instagram and commented seven whole kissing emojis on it:

Samantha, aka Kim Cattrall, had the coolest response of the three girls, writing on Twitter: "I support & respect any former colleague’s right to make their own career choices." This tone isn't terribly surprising, given all the Sex and the City 3 drama between Cattrall and Parker earlier this year.
