Kourtney Kardashian has been wowing the world with her impressive bikini shots recently. The petite (she’s 5”1) mother-of-three, who recently turned 39, has just given us a glimpse into how she maintains her gym-honed physique, in the form of a meal plan.

The Calabasas-native detailed on her app some recipes for day one of her upcoming three day meal-plan.

E! News reports that the gym-bunny has an ‘everything in moderation’ mindset that is all about feeling her best.

She writes that she often starts off her day with a smoothie bowl. Made up of blended pineapple, bananas, kale, spinach and avocado and sprinkled with strawberries, kiwis, bananas, coconut, bee pollen and chia seeds, this sounds and looks delicious.

For lunch the eldest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan goes for a light salad. It consists of blood oranges, a navel orange, grapefruit and mixed leaves, covered in a homemade dressing and pumpkin and pomegranate seeds. And, whilst this sounds like a taste sensation, it looks more like a snack to us.

The beauty mogul finishes off the the day with a salmon dinner, which she says is a ‘great source of protein, vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids, which are really good for skin and hair.’

After marinating the salmon fillets in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar and more, she serves the fish with a glaze on greens. Yum, sign us up.

The activist, who recently went to Washington to advocate for safer personal care products, has previously said of her fairly restrictive, yet yummy-sounding, diet that it’s not attainable all the time, ‘because you have to live your life.’

That is certainly something we can get behind.
