Paris Jackson is no stranger to public displays of (semi) nudity on her Instagram.

The actress is open about her body, defending her armpit hair and her ‘real’ body.

Last year the 20 year-old told i-D about her body-positive mindset, ‘But we're getting there, slowly but surely. Which is a big reason I want to change this fashion / beauty stigma, so it's not as difficult for people around the world to feel beautiful just the way they are.’

Now, as well as getting undressed in the name of self-acceptance - a worthy cause - she has also stripped down for HIV awareness.

The middle child of Michael Jackson attended the Life Ball in Vienna earlier this week, in a Dolce and Gabbana gown. She was accepting the Life Plus award alongside Joyce Jere, Malawi County Director for GAIA, on behalf of The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation.

She wrote of her attendance on her Instagram, ‘I’m proud to be apart of this and to do what i can in continuing her work until we reach an AIDS free generation.’

Now she has shared a BTS video and a snap of her topless and covered in words such as, 'resistance' and 'survivor'.

In the clip you can hear her say, 'I am, I give and I refuse to accept love, but I am a warrior' before she says to camera, 'I know my story, I know my status,' before the words, 'do you?' appear on the screen.

Hoping to encourage people to get checked for the life-threatening virus, the video is a poignant look at how Jackson is dedicating herself to philanthropic work.
