Months since their official break-up and unofficial reconciliation, lyrics from Zayn Malik's new song hint at troubled times with girlfriend Gigi Hadid.
Malik, who recently confirmed Taylor Swift totally does travel in suitcases, released a song featuring Nicki Minaj called, ' No Candle No Light', which is seemingly about a relationship in turmoil.
Some of the lyrics repeatedly read, 'Can't handle my love/ Can't handle your lies' - perhaps insinuating that the fire in the relationship has gone?
The singer and his model girlfriend publicly ended their relationship back in March via statements on social media.
However, both inferred the potential for a later reconciliation.
Sure enough, that summer they became Insta-official once more, and have since been together as evidenced by their Instagram pages.
Malik recently gushed about Hadid in an interview, claiming, 'Everything is great.'
He continues: 'She’s super-organised and I’m really not. It helps that she can get things together for me a little bit. I lean on her a lot.'
However, this new track insinuates that the pair, who have been on and off since the end of 2015, might be in turbulent waters.
