Melania Trump channeled her inner Ivanka Trump this week, dyeing her brown hair blonde to kick off the holiday season (her husband does really like blondes). The First Lady debuted her new hairstyle during her interview on Fox News. The color really does completely change her appearance:
Melania flirted with going lighter with her hair color this month, going out with blonde highlights at the beginning of this week:
She also took the opportunity during her newly-blonde Fox News appearance to take a jab at one of the President's favorite targets, the press—specifically the press that is critical of him. Per Huffington Post, when Melania was asked what the 'hardest thing' that she's faced as FLOTUS was, she said, 'the opportunists who are using my name or my family name to advance themselves, from comedians to journalists to performers, book writers. It doesn’t hurt. The problem is they’re writing the history and it’s not correct.'
Twitter, meanwhile, had plenty of jokes about her comments and the hair shift.
