Jennifer Lawrence truly is getting married. Lawrence’s rep has confirmed to E! that the actress is engaged to Cooke Maroney, the 33-year-old art gallerist whom she's been dating since June 2018. The news comes hours after Page Six reported that Lawrence was seen wearing a “massive ring” on her left ring finger while at dinner at Raoul’s with Maroney.

Page Six reported previously that Lawrence and Maroney were set up by her friend Laura Simpson. The two have kept their relationship mostly private although they have been photographed by paparazzi on dates here and there.

Us Weekly did report last month that Lawrence and Maroney were very committed to each other. “Things between them are very serious,” a source said. “They definitely appear to be in it for the long haul.”

Lawrence has never spoken about Maroney in any interviews, but she has talked about her love life more generally. During an interview last February, J.Law said she's on good terms with all her exes, including Darren Aronofsky and Nicholas Hoult, two of her most public relationships before she started dating Maroney.

"I'm friends with all my exes, actually," she said then. "For the most part, yeah, I have a theory: I think it's because I'm blunt. I don't think that you can have any sort of bad relationship with anybody if you're just blunt. Everybody always knows how you feel at all times and there's no lying, it's just honesty. Everybody's a good guy to each other. All my boyfriends have been wonderful. Nick [Hoult] was a great boyfriend."

"My heart breaks," she continued. "Every time I go through a breakup, it's not like my heart isn't broken. They just never did anything to like, devastate me. They were just good people. Maybe that's also the secret. I'm attracted to good people."
