Bella Hadid has been working hard, bringing home the bacon this fashion month.

Starting in New York, the 22 year-old walked for Tomo Koizumi, Brandon Maxwell and more, in Milan the former equestrian strutted at Alberta Ferretti and Moschino (to name two), she then took a brief pitstop in Athens for a shoot, and is now in Paris with a 101 degree fever, walking in the Off-White show.

Basically, the California girl is burning the candle at both ends, since her job also means she's heading and hosting fancy events most evenings.

As well as affecting her physical health, this non-stop work-a-thon is no doubt leaving the Lyme disease sufferer a little lonely too (thankfully, she does have her sister Gigi around).

Just last week, Bella on-and-off boyfriend of four years, The Weeknd, made clear just how much he missed his supermodel beau with a thirsty af comment on her Instagram.

After Hadid posted a raunchy pic of herself in head-to-toe AW19 Versace, the 29 year-old musician wrote, 'bring this home.'

Now, it looks like it's Hadid's turn to take things to social media. On her Insta stories she posted a picture of herself and the Canadian crooner.

Bella can be seen hugging The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, from behind, and she has written 'i mis you' over the snap.

After some turbulent years (that saw Tesfaye briefly date Selena Gomez) it looks like the young couple are firmly 'on' again, no matter the distance between them. How sweet?

Interestingly, this post came around the same time Zayn Malik Tweeted and deleted his love for ex Gigi. Is there something in the water?
