Interacting with Rihanna at all at a fancy venue where you have the great privilege of being in her presence is pretty much unthinkable. Just her presence alone is a gift. But to walk over to her table at said venue and take a piece of food? That's breaking a rule that no one knew had to exist.

Per a report from The Sun, on Wednesday night, an intoxicated man at London's exclusive restaurant Chiltern Firehouse took an oyster off of a platter at Rihanna's table and passed it to one of his friends, who did apparently not know where the stray oyster originated. But, per a source for The Sun, Rihanna didn't let him get away with it.

'After downing it they carried on drinking only to be given a hefty telling off from one of Rihanna’s entourage, who demanded they pay £250 for a fresh platter because he had ruined theirs,' the source said. 'The bloke who ate the oyster had no choice but to get his credit card out.'

That amount in British pounds is close to $330 (£252.42), which is a big chunk of change for a seafood platter.

'With all her millions, you wouldn’t expect Rihanna to notice a missing oyster, but she’s obviously a savvy business woman who surrounds herself with the right people to keep an eye on things,' the source said.

Or how about this interpretation: Rihanna is Rihanna and you shouldn't touch her food, because that's gross and also she's Rihanna. Pay up, bud.
