In case you missed the dick pics, I'm here to inform you that President Donald Trump & Co. are currently out of the country, visiting the famed royal family in England. Trump and the First Lady even attended a State Banquet on Monday where the Queen of England gave a speech and Trump...fell asleep?
At least that's what it looks like, according to this video making the rounds on Twitter:
As you can see, Trump seems to be briefly shutting his eyes a few times and looking generally sleepy while the Queen is talking. Sure, maybe his eyes are just cast downward or he's resting his eyelids or something, but as someone who often did this same move during statistics class, I think it's pretty clear what's happening here.
While Trump has yet to tweet about this particular video, he did share some of his own remarks that he gave that same night at the banquet. He said, "Your Majesty, Melania and I are profoundly honored to be your guests for this historic state visit. Thank you for your warm welcome, for this beautiful weather, your gracious hospitality, and your Majesty’s nearly seven decades of treasured friendship with the United States of America."
He then continued, "On behalf of all Americans, I offer a toast to the eternal friendship of our people, the vitality of our nations, and to the long-cherished and truly remarkable reign of Her Majesty The Queen."
During Trump’s time overseas, he also visited Westminster Abbey, had tea with Prince Charles, and he will attend a ceremony to observe the 75th anniversary of D-Day. And hopefully he will also take a nap.
