Ryan Reynolds celebrated his wife Blake Lively's 32nd birthday just the way Ryan Reynolds would: by (lovingly) trolling her on Instagram. He posted a gallery of photos of him and Lively where she was out of focus, not looking at the camera or her eyes were shut. 'Happy Birthday, @blakelively,' he wrote simply. She has not responded yet to his tribute, but it's only a matter of time.

Lively has kept a low profile for the past couple months. The actress is expecting Reynolds' and her third child later this year and announced her pregnancy in May at the premiere of Reynolds' movie Detective Pikachu.

Reynolds celebrates his birthday in October, and last year, she gave him a politically-minded tribute. 'Happy Birthday to 2018’s Sexiest Voter Alive @vancityreynolds#justvoted 📬🎉#absenteeballotparty!,' she captioned it.

Reynolds recently shared the greatest (material) gift Lively gave him on his own Instagram: a sentimental, commissioned painting. He could not resist teasing her a little in the caption: 'My first job was delivering newspapers for the Vancouver Sun,' he started. 'The house in the painting is my childhood home. My brothers and I spent years trying to kill each other on that lawn. There are a lot of Easter eggs in the painting, including my idol, John Candy on the front page of the newspaper. The house no longer stands but it’s a living, breathing thing in my head. This piece of art is the greatest present my wife has ever given me. It was created by @dannygalieote. If there’s ever a fire, I’m grabbing this first. I’ll come back for Blake.'
